Measurement reference setting


Short press the datum key to switch between the front datum and the end datum. The system defaults to the end datum.






Delay measurement


Long press to turn on the delay measurement mode, the screen displays "sec". The default delay time is 5 seconds, and the value can be adjusted by the plus and minus keys.


Press the read key to start the countdown, and start the measurement when the countdown ends.






Backlight on/off


The backlight of this instrument is automatically turned on and off. After typing any key on the instrument, the backlight will continue to turn on for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, the instrument will automatically turn off the backlight without any operation to save power.






Sound on/off


Long press the plus and minus keys to turn on or off the buzzer's prompt sound.






Self-calibration function


To ensure the accuracy of the instrument, a self-calibration function is provided.




Calibration method: In the shutdown state, keep holding down the off key, then press the read key, and release the read key until the screen appears under "crl". Use the plus, minus and save keys to adjust the value according to the error of the instrument. The adjustment range is: -9~9mm




For example: the actual distance is 3.780m


If the measured value of the machine is 3.778m, which is 2mm smaller than the actual value, you can enter the calibration mode, and use the save key to adjust the calibration value up or down 3mm on the existing basis.


After adjusting, press the read key to save the calibration result.




Distance measurement, area, volume, Pythagorean indirect measurement accumulation, accumulation and subtraction measurement




Single measurement:


Press read in the test mode, the instrument will emit laser and lock the measurement point. Press the read key again to perform a single distance measurement, and the measurement result is displayed in the main display area.






Continuous measurement:


In the test mode, long press the read key to enter the continuous measurement state. The auxiliary display area on the screen will display the maximum and minimum measurement values during the continuous measurement.


The main display area will display the current measurement value, short press the read key or off key to exit Liang Xu measurement mode.






Measuring area:


Press the read key to measure the first side (length)


Press the read key to measure the second side (width)


The instrument will automatically perform area calculation and the result will be displayed in the main display area. The auxiliary display area is the measured value of the rectangular Jianhe model.


During the measurement, you can also key in off to clear the measurement result and re-measure.


When there is no data in the display area, press the off key to exit the area measurement state and enter the length measurement mode.






Volume measurement:


Press the read key to measure the first side (length)


Press the read key to measure the second side (width)


Press the read key to measure the third side (height)


The instrument will automatically perform volume calculations, and the results will be displayed in the main display area. The auxiliary counties and districts display the measured values of the length, width and height of the cube.


During the measurement, you can also key in off to clear the measurement result and re-measure.


When there is no data in the display area, press the off key to exit the area measurement state and enter the length measurement mode.






Wall area measurement:


Press the read button to measure and measure the height of the wall;


According to read minus measurement, the width 1 of wall 1 is measured;


The instrument will automatically calculate the area of the wall = height * width 1;


Press the read measurement key to measure the width 2 of the wall 2;


The instrument will automatically calculate the total area of the wall


The total area = height * (width 1 + width 2);


By analogy, press the read key to measure, and measure the width n of the wall n;


Sum of area=height*(width1+width2+···+width n);




During the measurement, you can also key in off to clear the measurement result and re-measure.

The Pythagorean Theorem measures indirectly:


The instrument presets four modes for measuring the distance between one side of a triangle by using the Pythagorean Theorem, which is convenient for users to perform indirect measurement in specific complex environments.

In Pythagorean measurement mode, the right-angle side must be less than the hypotenuse length for the instrument to calculate, otherwise the instrument will display an error signal prompt. In the Pythagorean measurement mode, in order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, you must make sure to measure from the same starting point, and measure in the order of the hypotenuse and the right angle.






Plus and minus measurement function:


Single-segment distance measurement can be accumulated or subtracted by adding and subtracting operations. After the user obtains a measurement result after measuring a single distance, press the plus and minus key to enter the accumulation and subtraction function selection, short press the plus and minus key, the main display area of the screen measurement shows + to enter the accumulated value.


Press the plus and minus sign key again, the-sign appears in the main display area of the screen measurement, enters the accumulative subtraction measurement mode, and the screen displays the difference of the last measured value.


Accumulation and subtraction are cyclically selected by the plus and minus keys.


Not only the distance can be accumulated and subtracted, but the area and volume can also be accumulated and subtracted.






Measurement record storage function


If the current data is valid in the measurement mode, press and hold the save key for three seconds, and the current measurement data will be automatically stored in the instrument memory.


In the area, volume, and triangle indirect measurement mode, when all the tests are over, it can also be stored. At this time, the instrument will save the complete record of the measurement in the change measurement mode.

Daily maintenance of the instrument


It is forbidden to store the instrument in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment for a long time. When the instrument is not used for a long time, please put the instrument in the supplied instrument case and store it in a cool and dry place.




Please keep the surface of the instrument clean. You can wipe the surface dust with a damp soft cloth. Do not clean the instrument with corrosive lotion. The laser window and focusing lens can be wiped according to the method of wiping the optical device table.
