One. Overview:


We have developed a high-power multi-function color light controller circuit with a single-chip microcomputer. There are three versions, using a 24V AC power supply, the driving current is 1.5A, 3A and 9A, and the output of each channel is 0.5A, 1A and 3A respectively. Take the 3A version as an example. If the current of each string of LEDs is 20mA and 7 LEDs are connected in series, it can drive up to 1050 LEDs. It can be applied to similar LED decorative lights in shopping malls, hotels, and entertainment venues, and can also form pattern text. Instead of neon lights, the reliability is significantly higher than that of neon lights, with long life, no high-voltage flashover interference, low-voltage use, and safety and reliability.


This series of controllers also use AC power to change colors synchronously. The functions include: single red, blue, green, cyan, purple, orange, white, colorful jump, colorful gradient, jump + gradient and other functions. At the same time, the selection function and memory function , The next time the power is turned on, the function selected last time will be restored, saving frequent selection operations.

We use Holtek's low-bit microcontroller HT48R06A-1 as the main control chip, and the memory uses AT24C01. When the function is converted, the function code is stored in the memory. When the power is turned on next time, the CPU first reads the function code in the memory and loads it The corresponding working procedures ensure that the work is the same as the last setting.
