Taking the wearable electrocardiogram (ECG) suit that my studio is currently developing as an example, this ECG suit involves implanting sensor devices developed by professional medical institutions into clothing through professional clothing technology. This electrocardiogram device can provide real-time monitoring of the human body, and compared to general sports wearable devices, it can truly protect life and health and provide real-time assistance. It can detect the electrocardiogram status, respiratory status, and body position status of the human body, and can monitor heart and lung organ lesions and body position status. When the wearer is in danger, the device can take immediate action plans and automatically dial emergency and family phone numbers.




The following is a product diagram similar to this one, where the terminal sensor device is connected to the clothing using a hidden buckle through a cowhide compartment. At the same time, the cowhide buckle connects the wires that transmit data inside and outside, and each part of the body is made of soft conductive cloth. Multiple electrodes are sewn on various parts of the body, such as the chest, waist, and shoulders, to provide more accurate data testing. And connect the wires of the terminal server to both ends of the electrodes, and hide the wires through clothing technology to ensure the beauty and practicality of the clothing. The first thing this clothing needs to achieve is its functionality, in order to meet the requirements of stable server test data and comfortable wearing without any sense of pressure.

The signal processing issues of terminal sensors in this type of wearable smart clothing need to be reflected in the design. When developing smart wearable clothing, the design team needs to consider many detailed factors. The development of wearable clothing in this type of technology is very complex. The aspects that need to be considered include not only the tight fitting, rebound, and pressure on the human body that we just mentioned, but also the cushioning effect and strong structural design of clothing. At the same time, it is necessary to consider the ease of wearing, including the degree of integration between clothing and the human body, how to maximize the display of the ultimate effect of the equipment, the rationality of clothing style structure and ergonomics. The style of clothing should also ensure fashion and grandeur. Therefore, the price of wearable smart clothing generally ranges from several thousand to ten thousand yuan. Currently, wearable smart clothing such as smart yoga suits and Google's smart jackets are also known to people.
